#ReusewithKrafttime Day 10 : Mixed Media card using Mudra Stamps

Hey there!!
Welcome back to my blog. I am sharing an exciting card I created using only Mudra stamps today.
I am not much of a mixed media person but still wanted to try it. I searched for a DIY texture paste mixture and prepared it using babypowder and water . hehe.... I AM a frugal crafter :)

The card first!

I covered my cardstock with tissue paper and layered severl using modpodge. Once they were dry, I applied texture paste using a sponge and dabbed for an uneven surface.
For the background to be more interesting, I took the alphabet stamps from Mudra and stamped it all over the textured base. I have also used the medium size circular stamp from their recent releases for the background. The sentiment is also from the sme peacock set.

One this was ready, I stamped the diamond heart from one of their very first releases using versamark and clear embossed it. After that I colored it using summery tones with watercolors.
Fuzzy cut the image and adhered onto the panel and bordered it with a piece of braided rope.

I then assembled the card onto blue CS over a doily and added few flowers for interest. Here is a closer look

Do let me know how this is guys.

I am entering it to the below challenges.
